About Ron Ulrici
Ron Ulrici has vast experience in Human Resources and Management/ Leadership Development and holds a Masters Degree in Human Relations.
As the Vice President of Human Resources, he helped an electronics company grow revenue by four times through unleashing the productivity and creativity of the employees.
Ron became a big proponent of Total Quality Management (Six Sigma) and used the process to empower teams of employees to accomplish the extraordinary. In one high tech organization, he garnered the enthusiastic participation of all employees to design a unique and powerful TQM Process which drove quality to new heights and delighted their Customers.
Ron authored his book, “The Way” to share his experience as an HR professional who was able to transform himself into a major player in the corporate world (the book is available to purchase - see home page of this blog).
Ron is currently a consultant and professor at Golden Gate University.
Mr. Ulrici is the co-founder of R&S Associates, dedicated to assisting HR Professionals and HR departments to gain prominence and influence in their organizations. R&S Associates also provides consultation, coaching and training to managers and entrepreneurs.
